Road milling picks are divided into two categories according to working conditions: asphalt road milling picks and cement road milling picks. Asphalt teeth are divided into light, medium and heavy according to the characteristics of pavement stones.

Asphalt road milling picks

Limestone asphalt pavement is selected according to the composition of pavement stones, and lightweight or small-diameter alloy milling teeth can be selected. Granite stone pavement can choose heavy duty or large diameter alloy milling teeth. The selection of milling teeth can also be adjusted according to the workload.

Cement road milling picks

for cement road, light or heavy milling teeth can be selected according to the crushing state, softness degree and workload of cement road surface.

Φ20mm, Φ22mm;

Materials used

Tool teeth selected YG11C tungsten alloy, tool body 42Crmo wear-resistant material;

Card spring: Material: 65Mn, thickness: 1.2mm, hardness about 60HRC;

Production process:

The cutter body is refinished by hot pressing die forging, and the cutter teeth are welded by high-frequency silver.

Bending strength: 2400n/mm2;

Cutter tooth density: 14.5-14.9cm3;

Processing hardness: the cutter body is between 42-44HRC, the cutter tooth hardness is about 89HRC;

Surface treatment: pickling (removing oxidation layer, anti-rust), sand disposal;

Product features: good toughness, wear resistance, impact resistance!
