Zhuzhou Xinda Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service of  rock cutting picks. We are located in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, China which is  the largest cemented carbide production base in Asia.

Our company currently has 2 automated intelligent rock cutting pick production lines. We  possess 15 utility model technology patents and 2 invention patents.

At present, our company's main products include: roadheader picks, coal mining picks, surfce miner picks, rotary drilling picks,road milling picks and the relevant pick sleeves and holder.

Different from other rock cutting pick suppliers, our company's carbide tips are also completely independently developed and produced by ourselves. Zhuzhou Xinda Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. itself is a rock cutting pick factory independent from our another cemented carbide factory.We have more than 20 years of industry experience. At present, in addition to our existing rock cutting pick production workshop, a new factory covering an area of 8,599 square meters is also under construction and is planned to be put into use by the end of 2024.

Adhering to the business philosophy of "Integrity and Goals, Access to the World", we strictly control quality. After several years and tens of thousands of tests, we have developed a unique "pick super wear-resistant coating" technology, which perfectly solves the harsh working conditions. It solves the problem of super-hard rock excavation and greatly reduces the consumption of picks, forming a good reputation in the industry. This technology is currently unique worldwide.

And our company actively carries out industry-university-research cooperation with well-known domestic universities. The "pick-rock coupling numerical simulation system" jointly developed by us and the School of Materials and Geophysical Information of Central South University can accurately predict pick consumption based on customer rock sample data and provide data support for customer project cost calculations. The prediction accuracy is as high as More than 90%.

At present, our company's products have been exported to all over the world, and we have established good long-term cooperative relationships with many well-known companies at home and abroad.
